1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "af99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the af99 online gaming platform accessible at af99.im and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the af99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a player upon completing the af99 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total real-money funds held within a player's af99 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cashable incentives awarded to a player's account as part of a promotion or offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by af99 prior to processing withdrawals or when otherwise deemed necessary.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, sports betting markets, casino games, payment processing features, customer support, and other functionality offered through the af99 platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency in which af99 accounts are denominated for players based in Bangladesh.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the af99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered through af99, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the platform and remains in force for the duration of your account's existence.

These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with the af99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and af99. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

af99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided through the platform or via email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of af99 following the posting of any amendments constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

3 Eligibility

Use of the af99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. af99 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of af99 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the af99 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to register or use the af99 platform.
• You must register and maintain only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or legal entity when registering or using the af99 platform.

af99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (Bangladesh National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of af99 services, players must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and country of residence. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. af99 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification as an additional layer of account security. You must notify af99 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

af99 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — remains your sole responsibility until such time as you notify af99 of a security breach and af99 has had a reasonable opportunity to act upon that notification.

One account per player is strictly enforced. Where af99 identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, pending balances may be voided, and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety. af99 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, which account (if any) shall be treated as the primary account.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

af99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the af99 cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits are credited to your af99 account balance in real time or within a short processing window. af99 does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which af99 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a deposit on your account, in accordance with af99's anti-money laundering obligations. af99 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes on average; however, af99 does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe and reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.

af99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may have their withdrawal requests held pending satisfactory verification. af99 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit.

• KYC verification required prior to first withdrawal and periodically thereafter
• af99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or terms violations
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to a real-money game round

6 Bonuses and Promotions

af99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time the offer is made available. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that specific offer.

Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal as real funds. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible stakes before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn).

af99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that are obtained through fraudulent means, multi-account abuse, or any other violation of these Terms will be voided along with all associated winnings, and the relevant account may be closed.

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed income
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion once only, unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• af99 may set game-specific contribution rates toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate)
• Winnings generated from bonus funds beyond any specified cap may be removed prior to withdrawal

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the af99 platform — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, card games, and sports betting — are subject to individual game rules as published within the game interface or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by independent, third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. af99 does not control or influence RNG outcomes. All published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and are not guarantees of any individual session result.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, af99 reserves the right to void any affected game round and refund the stake to the player's account. Where a technical fault results in an erroneously displayed win that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, af99 reserves the right to reverse that credit. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the af99 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known bug are subject to reversal
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated abuse of promotional offers
• Attempting to launder money or use the af99 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing af99 staff, support agents, or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise misappropriate any part of the af99 platform, its data, or its intellectual property

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the af99 platform — including but not limited to the af99 brand name and logo, website design, graphical assets, written content, software code, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of af99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the af99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the af99 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of af99.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, af99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial or personal loss, even where af99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

af99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error, that game outcomes will meet your expectations, or that any specific game or feature will remain available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability; af99 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.

af99's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms — regardless of the cause of action — shall not in any event exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

af99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe environment for all players. 12 Termination of Account

af99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if af99 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Upon closure of an account due to a terms violation, af99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Verified real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

af99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, af99 will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the af99 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which af99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the af99 support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that governing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to submit a complaint in writing to [email protected]. af99 commits to acknowledging all written complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days. af99 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
